Harris PR marks new year with major appointments
Team expands with promotions and new hires
Harris PR continues its upward growth trajectory and expansion with recent promotions reflecting the strength of leadership and emerging talent. Two members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) have been recently promoted; Niamh McCarrick to Deputy Managing Director and Natalie Burke Donohue to Senior Client Director. Established in January 2024, the SLT is responsible for managing the agency’s strategic direction, client relationships, new business development, and team development and training, while ensuring adherence to the highest agency standards and industry best practice.
The Harris PR team continued to expand over the last year with nine new strategic hires including a new Operations Manager, Grace Scully, four Account Managers and three Executives, bringing the total number employed today to 16. Other recent promotions include Chloe Lawlor to Senior PR & Social Executive and Ciara Farrell to Account Manager.
Founder & Managing Director, Sonia Harris Pope comments, “given the continued upward trajectory Harris PR has experienced in recent years, with 2025 turnover up 54% year on year and recent client wins such as St. Patrick’s Festival, FirstLight and German Doner Kebab (GDK) paving the way for continued growth in 2026, the time is right to make these strategic appointments that will support the continued growth of the business and team. Having the support of Niamh and Natalie on the SLT allows us to really focus on what’s important to our clients; creativity, integrity and impact. I’m so grateful and proud of all that the team has achieved, and it’s an honour to welcome new colleagues on board and continue to empower our team to reach their potentials, ahead of what promises to be a truly exciting year. From day one, we represented world-famous brands who recognised our impactful contribution and culture, and we have continued to build on that reputation, attracting dream clients, and building long-standing, meaningful relationships along the way.”
Deputy Managing Director, Niamh McCarrick comments, “joining Harris PR in 2020 represented a fresh start at a time of uncertainty. Fast forward five years, the agency has organically tripled in size, works with some of the world’s biggest and most exciting brands, and boasts a flexible and supportive culture to be truly proud of. I’m thrilled to be embarking on a new chapter with Harris PR with this promotion and remain dedicated to helping the business, our clients and our talented team realise their potential in 2026 and beyond.”
