2nd OCTOBER 2025 – Dundrum Town Centre is set to kick off the festive season in spectacular style with the return of Giftmas Day, Ireland’s ultimate one-day Christmas shopping event.
On Thursday, 6th November, Dundrum Town Centre will come alive with festive cheer as shoppers are treated to exclusive discounts and the unveiling of Ireland’s first ever life-size Advent Calendar activation! Customers are invited to pick a key and open one of 24 giant doors to reveal prizes big and small, ranging from fashion and beauty treats to dining experiences and tech gifts.
Giftmas Day officially marks the start of the Christmas season at Dundrum Town Centre, the ultimate destination for a festive day out. From shopping and dining to seasonal experiences including Dundrum On Ice, visitors can soak up the atmosphere and get Christmas “cracked” early, with one-day-only exclusive offers across the centre until 10pm.
In the spirit of giving, Dundrum Town Centre is also introducing a new Gift it Forward option. Lucky winners in the Advent Calendar event can choose to donate their prize to Children in Hospital Ireland, and in return be entered into a draw to win a €1,000 Dundrum Town Centre gift card.
The beloved Giving Tree also returns on Giftmas Day, once again supporting Children in Hospital Ireland. Visitors can simply pick up a tag from the tree, purchase the suggested gift, and place the unwrapped present with the tag attached into the donation box. A tap to donate mechanism will also be available for those who prefer to contribute directly. Last year alone, the initiative generated over 1,500 gifts, helping to bring joy to children spending the festive season in hospital. Donations will be accepted up until Thursday, 18th December.

Visitors can experience Giftmas Day at Dundrum Town Centre on Thursday, 6th November 2025, from 9am until 10pm, with the Live Advent Calendar, Giving Tree, exclusive discounts and plenty of seasonal surprises to enjoy throughout the day.
