Dingle Distillery and Camden Recording Studios recently announced the third instalment of their Unplugged series, this time securing Lisa Hannigan, Gemma Hayes, and Paul Noonan for an intimate acoustic performance, and an evening of song and collaboration.
The unique series returned on October 8th with the stellar lineup providing an evening of acoustic music within the ambiance of Camden Recording Studios. Each artist has always individually danced between genres as artists. Collaboration is part of the makeup of each of their careers. Three artists who have predominantly been centre-stage in their careers, while also experiencing the other parts and spaces and instruments that populate a band; Lisa, Gemma and Paul came together in unity to share the stage and their songs with each other. MCing at the event was the ever popular singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Loah.
These events provide a unique opportunity for music enthusiasts to get up close and personal with some of Ireland’s musical innovators and legends in a setting unlike any other, Camden Recording Studios. The series highlights artists in their purest form, presenting stripped-down acoustic performances that showcase the genuine talent and artistry of Irish musicians.
